Curved tempered-glass front panel

Curved glass, front to side

The front panel is tempered glass and curved rather than flat, so it wraps into the side of the case. The frame behind it stays square — the glass does the styling, the 0.7 mm SPCC steel does the structure.

Built for BTF motherboards

The tray is drilled for Back-to-Future boards, which move the power, fan and front-panel connectors to the back of the PCB. With a BTF board the main chamber shows almost no cabling at all.

Cases

Nova GX750C

A wide-body ATX chassis built around airflow. A fine steel-mesh front feeds three 120 mm intakes, the top deck swallows a 360 mm radiator, and eleven fan positions keep the whole build moving — with room left for an E-ATX board, a 400 mm graphics card and a 165 mm air cooler.

Finish

  • Nova GX750C White White ARGB fans

Why the GX750C

Eight things that define this chassis — from the full-face mesh intake to the tool-free glass panel.

Fine-mesh front

A full face of punched steel mesh feeds the front intakes without smothering the lighting behind it.

Top 360 mm AIO

A reinforced top bracket takes a 360, 280 or 240 mm radiator — or three 120 mm exhaust fans.

Up to E-ATX

E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX boards all mount on the same standoff pattern.

165 mm coolers

Tower air coolers up to 165 mm tall clear the glass side panel with room to spare.

Tool-free panels

Snap-fit catches on both side panels — lift the glass off by hand, no thumbscrews.

11 fan positions

Front 3, top 3, rear 1, motherboard side 2 and shroud 2 — eleven 120 mm mounts.

0.6 mm SPCC steel

Cold-rolled steel frame and panels, blacked to a matte finish that resists fingerprints.

400 mm GPU

Seven expansion slots and 400 mm of card clearance take today’s flagship graphics cards.

Nova GX750C for OEM, ODM and distribution

The Nova GX750C is a wide-body ATX chassis: E-ATX board support, a 360 mm top radiator, eleven 120 mm fan positions and 400 mm of graphics card clearance, framed in 0.6 mm SPCC steel behind a full-face mesh intake.

Available as an OEM/ODM program: your own brand, packaging and cable/fan configuration, and the certification and labelling your market requires — including EAC marking for the Eurasian Economic Union and CE for the European Union. Tell us your market and volumes and we will confirm current certificates and lead times.

GX750C fine steel-mesh front panel seen from a three-quarter angle
01

A fine steel-mesh front panel

The front is punched, not slotted — a dense steel weave that lets the three 120 mm intakes breathe while keeping the pattern crisp from every angle. ARGB fans behind it throw their light through the mesh instead of around it.

  • Punched steel mesh, not slotted plastic
  • Unrestricted intake for three 120 mm fans
  • Lifts off by hand for cleaning

02

Top 360 mm radiator, no clearance problem

The top deck is raised and offset so a 360 mm radiator and its fans sit above the motherboard rather than over it. Tall memory heat-spreaders clear the assembly, and the radiator drops straight in — no shimming, no trimming.

  • 360 / 280 / 240 mm radiator on the top deck
  • 3 × 120 mm fans under the deck
  • Tall memory heat-spreaders clear the radiator

03

Wide body, up to E-ATX

The tray carries mountings for E-ATX, ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX, with the cable cut-outs placed where a full-width board still leaves room to route. The 165 mm of cooler clearance above the socket is measured to the panel, not to the frame.

  • E-ATX / ATX / Micro-ATX / Mini-ITX
  • 165 mm CPU cooler clearance
  • 7 expansion slots

04

Side panels that come off by hand

Both panels are held on snap-fit catches. Pull the tempered-glass panel forward, lift it clear and the interior is open — nothing to unscrew for a routine swap, and it clicks straight back into place.

Handling the glass

Lay the chassis flat with the glass facing up before removing the left panel, undo the retaining screws, then lift the glass straight off. Set it down on a soft, level surface — never on an edge or corner.

06

A straight path for the air

Cool air enters low and forward, crosses the main chamber and leaves through the top and rear. Because the front and the right side panel are both punched, intake is not restricted to a single face — the board and the graphics card sit directly in the flow.

Filtered where it counts

A removable dust filter sits under the top vents, so the radiator and top fans stay clean. The right side panel is punched with the same fine mesh, which gives the back of the motherboard tray its own intake path.

0.6 mm SPCC steel

Frame, panels and motherboard tray are formed from 0.6 mm cold-rolled SPCC steel. It is the reason the chassis feels solid when you lift it and stays quiet when eleven fans spin up.

  • Matte finish resists fingerprints

Service and care

Warranty

Every TY550 carries a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Because the range is supplied under OEM/ODM arrangements, the warranty period, the spare-parts pool and the RMA route are agreed in the purchase contract rather than on a public page — ask for them in writing with your quotation, and we will state them plainly.

Returns

Report a fault with the factory model (EP550), the batch sticker and a photograph of the fault before anything is moved. Confirmed manufacturing faults are replaced under the warranty terms; units returned outside those terms, or units damaged after delivery, are handled case by case so that a distributor in a third country is not left guessing at the process.

In the box

A 550 W unit ships with the fixed cable harness shown above: 1 × motherboard 20+4 pin, 1 × CPU 4+4 pin, 2 × PCIe 6+2 pin, 4 × SATA and 2 × IDE 4-pin, plus the mains lead. The 6+2 pin PCIe connectors support independent daisy-chained cards. Packing, sleeve artwork and the carton are configurable — see the OEM & ODM programme.

TY550 550 W ATX Power Supply

The practical choice for family, office and study machines. The TY550 is the entry point of the aigo TY series: 550 W in the same 120 × 150 × 86 mm chassis as the larger models, with a 45 A single +12 V rail (540 W on +12 V) that is enough for office, family and study machines. Because the shell, fan and connector layout match the rest of the series, it fits the same chassis and the same OEM programme as the bigger models.

Every model in the TY series shares the same 120 × 150 × 86 mm zinc-coated steel body, the same 11 cm cooling fan and the same ATX12V V2.53 platform, so a distributor or integrator can stock one chassis family and cover 550 W to 850 W. Connector counts are published in full below, and the factory models behind the retail names are TY550 (EP550), TY650 (HQ650), TY750 (HQ750) and TY850 (EU850) — quoted so buyers can match the datasheet to the unit in the photo.

FAQ

Is TY550 suitable for gaming PCs with a dedicated graphics card?

The +12V rail delivers 45 A (540 W) on its own. That covers mainstream mid-range graphics cards; pair it with a good PSU for high-end multi-GPU or workstation builds.

Does the 80 PLUS rating apply to this model?

TY550 carries the 80 PLUS Standard badge. Actual efficiency depends on load and ambient temperature, so check the certification document for the tested conditions.

What input voltage range is supported?

AC input is 200–240 Vac, 10 A, 50/60 Hz — the version supplied for this product line. There is no 110 V variant in this chassis.

Can you supply this model under our own brand?

Yes. EP550 is available for OEM/ODM orders with private label, custom carton artwork, and regional certification arrangements.

What connectors are included?

The standard harness includes motherboard 24-pin, CPU 4+4 pin, SATA and Molex peripherals, plus a 6+2 pin PCIe VGA cable. Counts for TY650/750/850 differ — compare in the table above.

How long is the warranty?

Three years. Repair or replacement is handled through the distributor you purchased from, with the serial number on the side label as the reference.

What are the AC input requirements for this power supply?

The input range is 200–240 V AC, 10 A, 50/60 Hz. This unit is intended for 220–240 V mains markets; it is not a 110 V input design, so a step-down transformer is required for a 120 V supply.

What does the 80 PLUS rating mean in practice?

The 80 PLUS certification measures efficiency at typical load points, so the unit draws less mains power for the same DC output and runs cooler and quieter at idle. For a 550 W model the saving is measured in watts of heat that does not have to be moved by the 11 cm fan.

Is this a modular power supply?

No. The TY series uses a fixed cable harness, which keeps the cost down and removes the contact resistance of modular connectors. The 6+2 pin PCIe leads daisy-chain, so a multi-card build still routes cleanly behind the tray.

Can this power supply be ordered under our own brand?

Yes. SNY builds the TY series as an OEM/ODM product: branding, packaging, cable configuration and the label artwork can all be adapted. Send info@sny-inc.com the quantities and markets you have in mind and we will come back with a quotation.

Is the −12 V rail available for legacy hardware?

A 0.3 A / 3.6 W −12 V rail is present, which is enough for the fan headers and legacy add-in cards that still ask for it. The primary budget on this unit is the 45 A +12 V rail, not the −12 V one.

TY650 650 W ATX Power Supply

Made for mainstream and performance desktop builds. The TY650 gives 650 W from a unit that is only 120 × 150 × 86 mm, which is what makes it practical for mainstream and performance desktop builds. The 54 A single +12 V rail supplies up to 648 W, and the whole platform is built around ATX12V V2.53 rather than an older topology. It is the version most often specified for fleet and education builds, where one part number has to cover several machine configurations.

Every model in the TY series shares the same 120 × 150 × 86 mm zinc-coated steel body, the same 11 cm cooling fan and the same ATX12V V2.53 platform, so a distributor or integrator can stock one chassis family and cover 550 W to 850 W. TY750 750 W ATX Power Supply

The volume seller for gaming rigs and mid-range workstations. The TY750 is the middle of the aigo TY series and the volume seller for good reason. At 750 W with a 62 A single +12 V rail (744 W available on +12 V), it covers gaming rigs and mid-range workstations without the oversizing that pushes a price up and leaves a system idle at low load. It is the pick for system integrators who need one SKU to cover both single-GPU and dual-GPU configurations.

Every model in the TY series shares the same 120 × 150 × 86 mm zinc-coated steel body, the same 11 cm cooling fan and the same ATX12V V2.53 platform, so a distributor or integrator can stock one chassis family and cover 550 W to 850 W. TY850 850 W ATX Power Supply

Built for high-end gaming systems, workstations and multi-GPU builds. The TY850 sits at the top of the aigo TY series. It is the unit we recommend for high-end gaming systems, colour-matched workstations and multi-GPU builds where a 850 W budget is genuinely needed rather than assumed: the 70 A single +12 V rail delivers up to 840 W on +12 V alone, so a single heavy graphics card plus a hot CPU will not force the unit into its protection circuit. This is the only TY model that carries 80 PLUS Bronze efficiency, and the only one that adds an active PFC stage ahead of the main converter.

The TY850 is an 850 W ATX power supply for high-end desktops with flagship CPUs and multi-fan graphics cards. The full electrical specification and connector counts are listed in the table above.

Does the TY850 work with modern motherboards and graphics cards?

Yes. It provides the standard ATX 24-pin, EPS CPU, PCIe and SATA connectors used by current ATX boards and high-power graphics cards. Exact connector counts are shown in the specification table.

Can I order the TY850 under my own brand?

Yes. SNY offers OEM/ODM services for the TY850, including custom branding, packaging and cable configuration. Contact info@sny-inc.com with your requirements for a quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity for OEM orders?

It depends on the level of customization. Standard TY850 units are available in small quantities, while full custom branding typically starts at higher volumes. Contact us to discuss your project.

What efficiency rating does the TY850 carry?

The TY850 (factory model EU850) is the flagship of the TY series and carries 80 PLUS Bronze efficiency, with 70 A / 840 W on the +12 V rail and three PCIe 6+2-pin connectors for multi-GPU builds.

Can the TY850 be supplied with EAC certification for Russia and the EAEU?

Certification and labelling for your destination market can be arranged as part of an OEM/ODM order — including EAC marking for the Eurasian Economic Union and CE for the European Union. Contact info@sny-inc.com with your market and volumes for the current certificate status and lead times.

What does the active PFC stage do?

The active power factor correction stage shapes the input current so it stays in phase with the mains voltage, which raises apparent power factor above what a passive stage would reach and reduces the reactive current drawn from the grid. It is the reason the TY850 can hold a higher efficiency band than the rest of the series.

The 80 PLUS Bronze certification measures efficiency at typical load points, so the unit draws less mains power for the same DC output and runs cooler and quieter at idle. For a 850 W model the saving is measured in watts of heat that does not have to be moved by the 11 cm fan.

The primary budget on this unit is the 70 A +12 V rail, not the −12 V one.
